What is the turn around time?:   Ready to ship items are the stuffed animals.  All other items are made to order and generally have a two week turn around.  If you need it faster than that please message me prior to ordering so we can discuss the timeline.  

Payment Methods: The site is set up to take Paypal and credit cards.  All payments are due prior to shipment. 

Returns:

Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items.  

Refunds are processed the next business day after receipt to the same method of payment made.

Stuffed animals sales are final.

Custom shirt sales are final as they are personalized. Please consult the sizing chart and ask questions prior to ordering.

Unfortunately we are unable to take walk in customers. 

International shipping? We are only able to ship to the US at this time.
